Although I was just a guest while a Cedar Laine Restoration was started and finished, I was extremely impressed by the polite knowledgeable professionalism shown by this crew to refinish the engineered log home. Byron and Andrew worked 14-16 hour days, and left the windows and property spotless. Even the products use were 'intelligent': corn cob grit to blast off the old finish was recyclable, and the product used to refinish the home looked incredible! We were on the verge of painting, solid staining or even applying vinyl siding over our 22 year old Viceroy with Western Cedar siding until we saw what Chris and his staff could do to return this beautiful wood to its original state. I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the way you and your crew stripped and refinished our cottage. After your crew finished stripping to the bare wood, and then re-coating it looked like a new cottage.
We were also extremely pleased and impressed with your crew. Due to unexpected circumstances, we were not able to be there for the duration while the crew was at work. They were welcomed to stay in our bunkie, use the cottage for whatever they required. They took excellent care, leaving everything tidy inside and out, and did not even come in to watch television at night.
